Key Responsibilities:
Manage and visit assigned distributors as per the beat plan.
Track sales, stock, billing, and distributor performance.
Develop current retail outlets and increase market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits with distributor sales teams.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Promote current products and focus products in the assigned territory.
Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
Maintain daily/weekly sales and market reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.
Follow up on distributor payments and outstanding collections.

Key Requirements:
Experience in Distributor & Retailer Management.
Valuable knowledge of territory/market development and beat planning.
Ability to achieve sales targets and increase retail coverage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to do regular market visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Ability to monitor stock, sales, collections, and distributor claims.
