Roles and Responsibility
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students develop coping strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify areas where students need additional support.
Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and academic success.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Participate in training and career development opportunities to stay current on best practices in student counseling.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in student counseling or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with counseling theories and practices.
