Coverage: Siliguri (West Bengal) & Guwahati (Assam)

Job Summary

Responsible for driving business growth across Housing Loan, Mortgage and LAP products for the Siliguri and Guwahati markets. The role involves managing Sales Managers and Sales Officers, achieving monthly business targets, developing the open market/NBFC channel and ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor 2 Sales Managers, 1 SM-DSA and 8 Sales Officers.
Drive monthly business of approximately 5–6 Cr across HL, Mortgage and LAP products.
Develop business through open-market sourcing, DSA/channel partners and local market networks.




Manage products with average ROI of approximately 10.45% and ticket sizes ranging from 10 Lakhs to 1–2 Cr.
Identify recent business prospects and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers and other market channels.
Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, conversions and achievement against targets.
Ensure quality sourcing with focus on portfolio quality and credit discipline.
Guide Sales Managers and officers on customer acquisition, login, sanction and disbursement.
Handle the overall sales performance of Siliguri and Guwahati markets.Role & responsibilities
