Deliver engaging lectures on Fashion Design and Fashion Management subjects.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
Mentor and guide students on academic projects, portfolios, and research.
Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and industry-oriented training.
Evaluate assignments, examinations, and student performance.
Stay updated with current fashion trends, retail practices, and industry developments.
Coordinate with academic teams for curriculum planning and improvements.
Participate in seminars, faculty development programs, and institutional events.
Support student placements, internships, and industry collaborations.

Required Qualifications
MBA in Fashion Design/Fashion Management or a relevant specialization.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
NET/SET/Ph.D. (Preferred).

Experience
2–5 years of teaching experience in Fashion Design/Fashion Management.




Industry experience in fashion, apparel, retail, merchandising, or branding is preferred.

Ability to mentor students and manage classroom activities.
