Team Management
Supervise and guide a team of academic counselors, trainers, or support staff
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Motivate the team to achieve admissions or academic goals
Admissions & Counseling Oversight
Ensure proper handling of student inquiries and follow-ups
Support counselors in converting leads into admissions
Handle escalated student/parent concerns professionally
Maintain high standards in communication and counseling
Training & Development
Train current team members on processes, courses, and communication skills
Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions
Ensure team members are updated on new programs and offers
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with management for daily operations
Maintain reports on admissions, inquiries, and conversions
Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates
Monitor attendance and discipline within the team
Target Achievement
Drive the team to meet admission and revenue targets
Plan strategies to improve performance and productivity




Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
Student Support & Experience
Ensure a positive experience for students from inquiry to enrollment
Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Address student feedback and improve service quality
Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Report directly to management regarding team progress
Maintain transparent communication between departments

Experience: 2–5 years in education, sales, or team handling
Qualification: Any degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
