About the role

Expert Resourcing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Tendering Executive for an engineering and project management company working with government, public sector and institutional clients. You will identify suitable tenders and help prepare accurate technical and financial bids for timely submission.

What you will do
Search, identify and analyse relevant government and public sector tenders.
Work with GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal) and other e-tendering portals.
Review opportunities on MES, CPWD, state government and other government tendering websites.
Check eligibility criteria, tender conditions and required supporting documents.
Prepare and submit technical and financial tender documents.
Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) requirements and performance security requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and submit complete bids before deadlines.
Use Microsoft Office and Excel to organise tender information and documentation.

You may be a positive fit if you
Are a graduate in any discipline.




Have good knowledge of government tendering procedures and hands-on familiarity with GeM and e-tendering portals.
Can interpret tender eligibility, BOQ, EMD and performance security requirements.
Have valuable Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
Can coordinate with colleagues and meet tender submission deadlines.

One to three years of experience in government tendering or procurement is preferred. Experience with government or public sector undertaking (PSU) tenders is an advantage. Fresh graduates with good knowledge of GeM and e-tendering portals may also apply.
