Welkin Global Academy is looking for an experienced Senior AI & Machine Learning Trainer who can independently deliver both our 12-week ML Foundation and 8-week AI Foundation programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, PyTorch, NLP, Transformers and modern AI/LLM concepts, along with the ability to explain complex technical and mathematical concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver structured training in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Modern AI.
- Teach Python, NumPy, Pandas, statistics, probability, linear algebra and calculus fundamentals.
- Cover regression, classification, clustering, PCA, scikit-learn and XGBoost.
- Teach neural networks, backpropagation, optimization, CNNs and sequence models using PyTorch.
- Cover embeddings, attention, Transformers, NLP, LLM fundamentals, prompting, fine-tuning and RAG.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Design and mentor mini-projects and capstone projects.
- Review learner code and provide technical feedback.
- Prepare and update notebooks, assignments and course material.
- Stay updated with developments in AI/ML, LLMs and relevant frameworks.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Deep Learning or related fields preferred.
- Solid Python, NumPy, Pandas and scikit-learn skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of ML/DL fundamentals, mathematics and statistics.
- Knowledge of NLP, Transformers, embeddings, LLMs and RAG.
- Ability to explain concepts such as gradient descent and backpropagation from first principles.
- Strong communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching, training or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

A Senior Data Scientist, ML Engineer, AI Engineer, Deep Learning Engineer, NLP/LLM Engineer, AI/ML Researcher or experienced technical trainer who can effectively bridge:

Mathematics → Theory → Python → Model Building → Evaluation → Real-world Applications

Candidates should have genuine hands-on AI/ML experience and the ability to teach both classical ML and modern AI/DL rather than only demonstrating AI tools.

Pay: ₹15,072.84 - ₹62,859.02 per month
