Location: Remote (Bangalore-based) → Transitioning to Hybrid/In-of ice upon current Bangalore of ice launch

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to lead, architect, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven systems across our operational and business units. In this role, you won't just execute tasks—you will act as an internal consultant and builder. You will analyze existing business processes, identify high-impact operational friction, and independently design autonomous workflows and AI agents to solve them.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Auditing & Optimization: Analyze cross-functional operations (marketing, client outreach, internal workflows, data pipelines) to pinpoint manual bottlenecks and map out automation strategies.
- Architecture & Implementation: Build, test, and deploy robust, scalable AI-driven automation workflows, custom API integrations, and autonomous AI agents.
- System Integration: Seamlessly connect disparate tools, databases,



and third-party SaaS applications using custom scripts, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take complete accountability for automation projects from initial discovery and design through to execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Scalability & Maintenance: Monitor automated systems for errors, optimize LLM token usage/costs, and ensure high reliability across all automated pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

- AI & Agentic Systems: Demonstrated experience building with LLM frameworks, agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI), and custom AI tools.
- API & Data Integration: Expert-level experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, database systems, and third-party platform integrations (CRMs, outreach platforms, messaging systems).
- Workflow Automation Tools: Deep proficiency with process automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) and custom backend scripting (Python, TypeScript/Node.js).
