- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Manage full-cycle sales — prospecting to close — for mid-market and enterprise accounts




- Run discovery with TA/HR leaders and map their pain (manual data entry, tool sprawl) to Kula's value
- Deliver tailored demos and business cases; drive deals through evaluation to signature
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM
- Partner with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success on pipeline and expansion
- Mentor junior reps and contribute to the sales playbook

What You Bring

- Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($30K–$120K ACV)
- Fluency with modern sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement, forecasting) and disciplined CRM hygiene
- A consultative, customer-first approach and high ownership
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical sales experience
