CollegeBatch.com is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Admission Counselling who can build, manage and scale a high-performing counselling team.

This is not just a people-management role. We are looking for someone who can build the team, drive daily performance and deliver measurable results in paid applications and admissions for our college/university clients.

? Key Responsibilities• Build and manage a team of admission counsellors from the ground up

- Recruit, train and develop high-performing counsellors
- Drive daily/weekly/monthly targets for paid applications and admissions

• Convert leads into paid applications and ultimately confirmed admissions

• Monitor counsellor performance through calls, follow-ups, conversion rates and revenue

• Develop effective counselling and follow-up processes

• Coach team members on objection handling, college/course knowledge and closing techniques

• Work closely with the sales, marketing and college relationship teams

• Prepare performance reports and identify gaps in the conversion funnel





• Take ownership of team targets and continuously improve conversion performance

? What We Are Looking For✅ 4+ years of experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Admission Counselling or Inside Sales

✅ Proven experience managing and building a sales/counselling team

✅ Solid understanding of the college admission and application process

✅ Demonstrated ability to achieve paid application/admission targets

✅ Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills

✅ Data-driven approach to monitoring team performance

✅ Hands-on experience with CRM, calling and lead-management systems

✅ Highly target-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills
