- Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad'sprogramsforGermanyandItalypublicuniversities.
- Buildrapport,credibilityandestablishtrustwithleadsthrougheffective communicationandactivelistening.
- ScheduleVideoCounselling[VC]sessionswithAdmissionCounsellors forqualifiedleads.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leadsandAdmissionCounsellorstofacilitatetheenrollmentprocess.

•Maintainaccuraterecordsof leadinteractionsandfollow-upactivitiesin theCRMsystem.

BASICELIGIBILITYCRITERIA

- Minimumof 2 years of Edtech-sales experience (StudyAbroad is plus),withat least1yearspent inasinglecompany.
- MinGraduationisrequired.




- Previousexperienceworkinga6-dayworkweek.
- Currentlyworkinginthecapacityofanindividualcontributor.
- Proventrackrecordofmeetingtargetsintheexistingcompany.

SKILLS
- Excellent verbal communicationskillswithanemphasisonfluency in theEnglishlanguage.
- Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approachsituationswithpatienceandempathy.
