AWS L2– Role Summary • Senior/Expert level cloud support role • Handles AWS Project task, issues, architecture gaps & critical incidents • Provides technical leadership & RCA (Root Cause Analysis) L2 is the highest support tier, handling critical & Project task. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities 1. Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Handling • Resolve complex AWS infra / application issues • Handle major incidents, outages & production issues • Perform RCA and permanent fix implementation ________________________________________ 2. AWS Platform Management • Manage AWS services: EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, System Manager, Patch management, Transit gateway, AWS VPN, AWS firewall, EC2 image builder, AWS Direct connect, Route 53. • Monitor & optimize cloud environments (performance, cost, security) ________________________________________ 3. Architecture & Engineering Support • Design/optimize scalable & highly available AWS solutions • Support Application deployment, Glue Deployment and automation (IaC) ________________________________________ 4. Security & Compliance • Implement IAM, encryption, network security (VPC, SG, Transit)



• Handled vulnerability related to WIZ for risk and misconfiguration. • Conduct security audits & compliance checks ________________________________________ 6. Monitoring & Optimization • Perform health checks, logging, alerting (CloudWatch, etc.) • Ensure high availability & disaster recovery readiness ________________________________________ 7. Collaboration & Leadership • Guide L1/L2 engineers (SME role) • Work with DevOps / App / Infra teams for resolution & improvements ________________________________________ Required Skills Technical • AWS core: EC2, S3, SG, Lambda, VPC, IAM,SFTP, System Manager, ASG, Load balancers. • OS: Linux/Unix basics, Windows • Networking: DNS, routing, firewall basics. • Monitoring: CloudWatch / I-Observe • Scripting: Power-Shell / Python/ Bash • IaC: Terraform / CloudFormation Deep AWS + troubleshooting expertise is mandatory ________________________________________ Functional • Strong problem solving & RCA • Incident management & SLA handling • Stakeholder communication

Skill Requirements
