- Role - The GPO, Procure-to-Pay (AP)

Summary The GPO – AP/PTP is responsible for enterprise-wide ownership of the Procure-to-Pay process, driving governance, standardization, compliance, digitization and operational excellence. The role partners with client GPOs, Operations and Digital teams to transform AP operations using AI, workflow and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end PTP processes:
- Vendor Master
- Invoice Processing
- Payments
- T&E;
- AP Helpdesk
- Reporting & Governance
- Develop and execute the AP transformation roadmap.
- Drive touchless AP and AI-driven invoice processing initiatives.
- Lead client GPO governance forums.
- Deploy workflow, ServiceNow, SAP S4, Agentic AP Suite and GenAI solutions.
- Ensure KPI achievement and SLA compliance.
- Drive policy adherence,
audit readiness and controls compliance.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Build business cases for transformation investments.
- Partner with Digital, Operations and Transformation teams.
- Lead strategic account growth and value creation initiatives.
- Relevant years of AP/PTP domain experience.
- Robust expertise in SAP, Oracle, S4HANA, ServiceNow or PTP workflow platforms.
- Relevant experience with AI, Agentic AI, RPA and AP automation tools.
- Track record of leading global transformation programs.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
