ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Finance & Accounting to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for a MBA (Finance) graduate with 23 years of relevant experience or a young finance professional with 35 years of relevant experience in accounting with Tally and Zoho accounting software, looking to build a strong foundation in core finance and accounting functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and update books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies

- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment cycles accurately and within timelines

- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports

- Support bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries

- Assist in statutory compliance activities including PF,ESI,LWF,P Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable filings

- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during statutory and internal audits

- Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost-tracking activities





- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit readiness

- Assist in accounts receivable/payable management and follow-ups

- Support the finance team in ad-hoc analysis, reports, and process improvement initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts

- Working knowledge of PF,ESI,LWF,P Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/ERP preferred)

- Strong analytical and numerical ability

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- MBA in Finance (Full-Time) from a recognized institute ) with 23 years of relevant experience

- Graduate Finance professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
