Senior Accountant (3 years hands on experience )

Location : Eranhipalam, Calicut, Kerala

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior Accountant to manage and lead our Accounts & Finance function and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong practical accounting expertise, sound financial knowledge, experience in fund flow management, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounting and compliance operations in a growing organization.

Key responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the entire accounts & finance function

· Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and audits

· Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls

· Generate financial reports and provide insights to support management decisions

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory regulations

· Co-ordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders

· Implement financial controls, processes, and follow accounting systems (Zoho ERP)

. Manage accounts receivable, track customer outstanding payments, follow up on dues, and ensure timely collection and reconciliation of receivables.

· Guide, supervise and mentor the accounts team

Technical Requirements

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance or Intermediate in CA / CMA





· 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance practice

. Strong working knowledge of Zoho ERP

· Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance

· Expertise in preparing management reports such as budgets, fund flow, and cash flow statements

· Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities end to end

Preferable :

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industry
- Experience in a startup or scaling organization
- Short notice period
