Job Summary

RRG Fabrics is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant – Export Accounts with solid hands-on experience in textile/apparel export accounting. The candidate will be responsible for complete accounting operations, GST and taxation, export documentation, foreign-currency transactions, receivables and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete accounting operations independently for an export-oriented business.
- Maintain sales, purchase, journal, payment and receipt entries.
- Handle export sales accounting and foreign-currency transactions.
- Verify export invoices, shipping bills, packing lists and other export documentation from an accounts perspective.
- Maintain and reconcile export receivables and foreign-currency balances.
- Track export proceeds and coordinate with banks for BRC/e-BRC and realization-related matters.
- Handle GST, LUT/Bond, refund and export-related GST compliance.
- Handle TDS/TCS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliation, customer/vendor reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Prepare monthly MIS, trial balance, P&L; and balance-sheet schedules.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors,



tax consultants, banks and other external agencies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with commercial/export teams regarding invoices, shipments, payments and documentation.
- Handle forex gain/loss accounting and reconciliation.
- Assist management with costing, profitability analysis and other financial reports.

Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in export accounting.
- Experience in textile/apparel or manufacturing exports will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, LUT, export invoices, shipping bills and BRC/e-BRC.
- Experience dealing with foreign-currency transactions and export receivables.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of TDS/TCS and income-tax basics.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and finalization of accounts.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities.
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.

Salary ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on relevant export-accounting experience, technical knowledge and interview performance.
