Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial records, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, audits, PF, ESI, gratuity, ledger management, and financial analysis .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain and review general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations .
- Prepare and file GST returns and support GST-related compliance.
- Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and gratuity .
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes .
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Conduct ledger and expense analysis to identify discrepancies and variances.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.




- Maintain accurate documentation and records for statutory and financial requirements.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and within applicable timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of GST returns and compliance .
- Practical experience with PF, ESI, and gratuity-related compliance .
- Good understanding of auditing and financial documentation .
- Strong knowledge of ledger management and reconciliation .
- Ability to perform financial and ledger analysis .
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel or equivalent accounting software.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
