About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial processes, compliance, and reporting, with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and vendor reconciliation




- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and ensure audit readiness
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
