Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat support.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain valuable communication and customer service standards.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
