HR Manager – Blue Collar Workforce
Handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, joining & induction.
Manage attendance, shifts, payroll, overtime, PF & ESI.
Handle employee records, grievances, discipline & performance evaluations.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies for manpower hiring.
Prepare HR MIS and maintain employee data.
Proficient in Advanced Excel & Word with positive English communication.
3–5 years’ experience in HR, preferably handling blue-collar workforce.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
