Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and interview performance

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MBA (Finance) / CA qualified with relevant experience in Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), Transaction Advisory, Valuation, or Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities
Support and execute Investment and M&A; transactions from analysis to execution.
Conduct financial analysis, business analysis, and valuation of companies and businesses.
Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal evaluation.
Prepare financial models, valuation reports, presentations, and transaction-related documents.
Conduct industry, market, and company research to support investment and transaction decisions.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, Information Memorandums (IMs),



and financial analysis reports.
Coordinate with clients, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders during transactions.
Support transaction advisory and corporate finance assignments.
Monitor and analyse financial and business performance relevant to investment and M&A; engagements.

Candidate Requirements
CA or MBA (Finance) qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A;, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling.
Valuable understanding of valuation methodologies and M&A; processes.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
