Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to handle day-to-day plumbing maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work at the assigned office/premises.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of water supply, drainage and sanitary systems and should be able to independently handle routine plumbing problems.

Key Responsibilities
Check, repair and maintain water supply pipes and pipelines.
Identify and repair water leakage.
Repair and maintain drainage systems.
Install, repair and maintain taps, valves and sanitary fittings.
Handle plumbing maintenance in washrooms and common areas.
Check and maintain water pumps.




Troubleshoot water supply and drainage problems.
Replace damaged pipes, fittings and plumbing components when required.
Carry out regular plumbing inspection and preventive maintenance.
Attend day-to-day plumbing maintenance complaints.
Maintain plumbing tools and equipment properly.
Follow required safety and hygiene procedures.
Report major plumbing issues to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements
ITI in Plumbing or relevant technical/trade certification.
2–5 years of practical plumbing maintenance experience.
Positive knowledge of pipelines, water supply, drainage, taps, valves and sanitary fittings.
Valuable troubleshooting and repair skills.
Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
Immediate Joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
