Job Description:
We are hiring Academic Counsellors to connect with company-provided student leads, counsel students and parents, conduct online product demos through Google Meet, and convert enquiries into paid admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents.
Understand academic needs and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct online product demonstrations.
Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups.
Guide parents through the admission and fee payment process.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust counselling and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of Google Meet, CRM, and MS Excel.
