Job Description
Employee onboarding and induction. Preparing & Issuing offer letters, appointment letter, increment letter as per process.
Manage talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations.
Should have knowledge in end to end employee life cycle.
Ensure timely closures on confirmation process
Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets from department head to cross check with attendance.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Should work on compensation, advantages, taxes and insurance deductions
Follow-up on pending confirmation
Ensuring system records are up to date and accurate
Should face the audits and maintain the records and database up to date.
Document collection, Reference check and Background Verification
Coordination with bank for account opening of employees
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave record
Keeping track of confirmation, appraisal & increments of employees
Preparation of monthly payroll and handling payroll queries by employees
Handling employees queries and resolving their issues by meeting in-person, maintain discipline




Should prepare the employee engagement calendar and planner accordingly.
Arranging social activities like trips, birthday celebrations and festival celebrations
Preparation & collection of documents of the leaving employee like exit process, filling interview forms getting clearance from all departments
Preparation of full & final settlement generation of experience letter, relieving letter
Generate weekly MIS reports

MUST to have qualifications and skills
Should be graduated in any field. PG will be added advantage.
Experience in HR and well versed with HR Operation, Compliances, policies and processes, experience into Infosec / cyber security industry is preferable
Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
Core experience in MS office Specially in MS Excel is mandatory
Valuable knowledge of labor legislation
