20 years and above of experience in contracts and procurement within the construction industry.
Solid knowledge of contract law, tendering processes, and project management.
Contract Management - Draft, review, and finalize contract agreements, BOQs, and scope of work.
Tendering & Bid Management - vendor pre-qualification, and bid analysis.
Conduct pre-bid and post-bid meetings with client, consultants and vendors.
Managing cost escalations due to market fluctuations.
Ensure legal compliance and clarity of obligations before execution.
Manage claims, variations, and disputes in coordination with legal and project teams.
