Key Responsibilities
Underwrite and evaluate LAP/Mortgage loan proposals as per company credit policy.
Analyse customer income, banking, ITR, GST, FOIR and LTV.
Review property valuation, legal reports and related documents.
Identify credit risks, deviations and red flags before taking credit decisions.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for smooth processing.
Ensure timely credit decisions while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.
Monitor portfolio performance and support the credit team in complex cases.
