Role & responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
Configure and customize EC modules according to business requirements.
Develop and maintain Story Reports for analytics and decision-making.
Implement Role-Based Permissions to ensure secure access control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.
Preferred candidate profile:
SAP SuccessFactors EC certified.
Experience with Story Reporting and Role-Based Permissions.
Solid understanding of HR business processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
410 years of relevant experience in SAP EC Implementation.
