Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant - Project Operations

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Project Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and support of D365 F&O; Project Operations modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O; solutions.
Configure and implement D365 F&O; Project Operations functionalities.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and rollouts of D365 F&O.;
Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and user training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migrations.
Perform UAT support, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
Work closely with project managers and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in process optimization and recommend best practices within D365 F&O.;

Required Skills:




5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Robust experience in Project Operations / Project Management and Accounting module.

Project Budgeting & Cost Control
Time & Expense Management
Project Billing & Revenue Recognition
Project Financial Management
Positive understanding of:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Procurement & Sourcing
Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Knowledge of D365 integrations, data migration, and reporting.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Certifications.
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
Knowledge of Azure integrations and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Experience working in global implementation projects.
