Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit engineering professionals across Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Construction, Aerospace, and related domains.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
Experience specifically hiring non-IT engineering professionals for the US market.
Positive knowledge of US recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
