Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate sales/enrollments.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead details and regular follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements:
0–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales / Ed-Tech.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working 6 days a week with Monday as the weekly off.
