MEPF Estimation Engineer
Core Focus: Tendering, costing, and budget optimization for commercial interior projects.
Responsibilities:
Quantify and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) systems.
Analyze tender documents, technical drawings, and specifications.
Obtain competitive quotes from vendors and perform rate analysis.
Coordinate with procurement and design teams to optimize project costs.
Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore
Experience: 3 8 Years (Depending on the role)
