Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals through effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
Utilize solid communication skills to handle cold calls and achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives and share best practices.

Job Requirements :
Up to 5 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred.
Solid communication skills are essential for handling cold calls and achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in domestic BPO voice process operations, both inbound and outbound, is required.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
Candidates must be able to meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with inside sales, outbound calling, and customer service principles is beneficial.
