Role & responsibilities
Patient Care: Assess and stabilize critically ill ICU patients, managing multi-organ failure, sepsis, and shock.
Procedures: Perform advanced procedures like endotracheal intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and emergency resuscitation.
Monitoring: Review lab results, adjust mechanical ventilator settings, and update treatment plans continuously.
Team Coordination: Report patient progress to the ICU Consultant and guide Junior Residents and interns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records and handover notes
