Key Responsibilities:
Manage CNC VMC machine shop and production activities
Handle CNC/VMC machine operation setting
Work with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi Haas controllers
Manage G-Code, M-Code, program editing offsets
Handle tooling, fixtures, machine utilization cycle time
Read engineering drawings, tolerances GDT
Manage operators/setters and production targets
Coordinate with QC Maintenance
Control rejection, rework machine downtime
Maintain 5S, safety and production reports
