Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct audits and reviews of accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and tax laws by maintaining accurate records and filing returns on time.
Manage TDS deductions from employee salaries and ensure timely payment to the government.
Provide guidance on accounting principles to junior staff members.
