Role & responsibilities
To underwrite and provide assistance in underwriting complex medical cases and HNI cases.
To ensure quality check on underwriting decisions, documentation, and system check.
To recognize training needs and recommend underwriting authority limits.
To manage Sales teams by providing trainings, resolutions on complex and high-ticket cases
To provide technical support by training internal & external stakeholders on Medical and Financial Underwriting
To be valuable at preparing Presentations (PPT) and Spreadsheets
To be able to interpret ECG / TMTs (Applicable for Doctors MBBS/BAMS/BHMS)
Preferred candidate profile
8 - 10 years' experience in Medical Underwriting- with sound Knowledge of Life insurance Underwriting.
Ability to analyse, comprehend vast medical & financial information and take prudent underwriting decisions.
