Responsible for gear quality inspection, process control, and root-cause analysis. Handle CMM, gauges, and measuring instruments, prepare quality reports, implement CAPA, monitor rejection/rework, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Required Candidate profile
Dip/BE in Mech/Production with 4–5 years’ exp in gear or automotive manufacturing. Skilled in gear inspection, CMM, gauges, measuring instruments, SPC, PPAP, 8D, RCA, CAPA and process quality control.
