Role & responsibilities
Provide technical production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
Troubleshoot D365 issues, batch jobs, DMF projects, data entities, and integrations.
Monitor batch jobs, imports/exports, and transaction processing.
Analyze Infologs, batch history, DMF logs, and technical logs to identify issues.
Use SQL Server to investigate and validate data.
Troubleshoot integrations using APIs, IICS/Middleware, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve or escalate technical issues.
Track and manage incidents through ServiceNow / Azure DevOps.
Coordinate with Engineering and Application teams for issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and support production, Hypercare, and month-end activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory:



Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
Experience in D365 technical production support or implementation support.
Positive knowledge of DMF, Data Entities, Batch Jobs, Integrations, and D365 logs.
Robust working knowledge of SQL Server / SQL queries.
Experience with D365 integrations, APIs, IICS/Informatica, Middleware or SFTP is preferred.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
Experience with Salesforce integration is an added advantage.
Valuable troubleshooting, RCA, communication, and incident management skills.
Candidates with experience in large-scale D365 F&O; production environments will be preferred.
