Roles and Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and guide them through their property leasing/buying journey
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls and follow-ups
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information on services
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements
Maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools
Meet daily/weekly engagement and resolution targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (2023/2024/2025/2026 batch welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first attitude with solid problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
Knowledge of regional languages in addition to English is a plus
