Lead project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for Highway and Railway projects at Corporate Office & Projects.
Review project budgets, BOQs, quantities, estimates, rate analysis and Cost-to-Complete (CTC).
Monitor Plan vs. Actual progress, cost, billing and productivity; prepare periodic MIS and management dashboards.
Review client/subcontractor billing, quantity reconciliation, variations, claims and commercial aspects.
Support tendering activities including estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and bid evaluation.
Coordinate with project teams, execution, commercial, procurement and design teams to ensure effective project cost and schedule control.
