Qualification B.E Civil Engineering
Experience : Candidate must have 7 to 15 year site experience + minimum 5 + experience in tendering & estimation of building project.
Should have experience in building projects & latest construction practice in building projects.
Knowldege for commercial & technical contract conditions.
He / She has knowledge & worked on tender document, Preparing tender synopsis, making pre bid point
Market Survey & Site Visit to collect details & data required for tender
Rate analysis Item rate, project Overheads , Price BOQ
Base line project planning for tender
Preparing Site logistic, Methodology, tender submittal
Technical / project specific Presentation to client
Knowledge of current plant, equipment & Form work
Sound knowledge of project mobilization, resource requirements such as form work, equipment, manpower
