Key Responsibilities

● Drive PAN-India sales and business development for Business Loans and Working

Capital Finance.

● Generate business through self-sourcing, open-market acquisition, referrals,

DSA/CA networks, and other channels.

● Identify and acquire MSME/SME customers, business owners, traders, and

entrepreneurs.

● Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable financing

solutions.

● Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings,

application sourcing, documentation, coordination, and disbursement.

● Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, DSAs, CAs, and other

referral/channel partners.

● Develop new markets and business opportunities across different regions of India.

● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve individual business and

disbursement targets.

● Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth

processing and closure of cases.

● Ensure proper follow-up with customers and channel partners until successful

disbursement.

Required Skills & Experience





● Minimum 6 years of experience in BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

sales.

● Robust hands-on experience in Business Loans and Working Capital Finance is

mandatory.

● Experience in MSME/SME lending and business customer acquisition.

● Solid exposure to field sales, self-sourcing, and open-market acquisition.

● Experience working with DSAs, CAs, referral partners, or other sourcing channels.

● Positive understanding of business loan products, working capital requirements, and the

lending process.

● Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.

● Proven ability to independently generate and convert business.

● Willingness to travel across India as required.

● Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad is mandatory.
