Gather daily, weekly, and monthly data on outpatient (OPD) footfalls, inpatient (IPD) admissions, and emergency visits.
Track and maintain databases for patient demographics, specialties, geography, and referral sources.
Analyze specialty-wise and doctor-wise revenue performance to identify high-growth and underperforming areas.
Prepare automated or periodic MIS dashboards (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for senior management, Marketing Heads
Highlight key trends, seasonal variations in patient admissions
Standardize data reporting formats to maintain consistency .
Work alongside business development teams to evaluate regional growth potential, competitor activity, and doctor tie-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and CRM platforms.
