Lead and manage the QA/QC function of the precast factory.
Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
Monitor quality of raw materials including cement, aggregates, admixtures, reinforcement steel, and inserts.
Oversee concrete mix designs, trial mixes, and quality testing activities.
Ensure execution of slump tests, cube tests, compressive strength tests, and durability tests.
Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, reinforcement, mould, and finished product inspections.
Review and approve quality inspection reports and test records.
