enior Accounts Executive – Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions.Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Manage GST-related activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation, and GST-related documentation.Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, payment, returns, and Form 16/16A-related activities.Assist with monthly payroll accounting, salary-related entries, and statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including outstanding follow-up and vendor/customer reconciliation.Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, expense statements, and other management reports as required.Ensure proper accounting of expenses, accruals, provisions, prepayments,



and fixed assets.Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounting schedules.Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers for accounting and statutory matters.Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory compliance.Review accounting entries and ensure transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP/accounting system.Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.Identify accounting discrepancies and assist management in resolving financial and compliance-related issues.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company policies.Supervise or guide junior accounting team members and review their work where required.Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.
