Airnic Infra is looking for a skilled and responsible AC/HVAC Technician to provide preventive maintenance, breakdown service, troubleshooting, and repair support at our client location in Pune.

The technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of air-conditioning and HVAC systems and responding to service requirements within the agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) of AC/HVAC systems as per the AMC schedule.
- Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot AC/HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-related issues.
- Perform servicing, repair, gas charging/recovery, and component replacement as required.
- Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, blowers, filters, thermostats, control panels, and other HVAC components.
- Maintain proper service records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with the client/site team during service visits.
- Follow all site safety, security, and visitor/gate-pass procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service work.
- Report major technical issues and spare-part requirements to the supervisor.
- Maintain qualified behaviour and good communication with the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical.




- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in servicing and maintenance of commercial/industrial AC or HVAC systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration.
- Ability to work independently at a client location.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be willing to work as per site requirements and attend emergency breakdown calls when required.

Key Requirements
- Technician should be reliable and available for regular AMC and breakdown services.
- Must carry valid government ID and required qualification/experience documents.
- Previous experience working at corporate/industrial client locations will be an advantage.
- Candidates from Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Bhosari, Chakan, Talegaon and nearby areas are preferred.
