Open Positions: 3D Modeler | Senior 3D Animator

We are hiring skilled 3D Blender Artists for two specialized roles: 3D Modeler and Senior 3D Animator . Both candidates must have expert-level knowledge of Blender and a strong understanding of professional 3D production workflows.

1. 3D Blender Artist- 3D Modeler

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models for products, props, furniture, interiors, environments, and other project assets.
- Develop clean topology, optimized geometry, UVs, materials, textures, and shaders.
- Work from references, sketches, CAD files, and client briefs.
- Prepare assets for rendering, animation, real-time engines, or final delivery.
- Coordinate with the animation, lighting, and rendering teams.

Requirements

- Expert knowledge of Blender modeling, modifiers, UV unwrapping, materials, and scene organization.
- Strong hard-surface and/or organic modeling skills with clean topology.
- Understanding of PBR texturing, lighting, rendering, and asset optimization.
- Experience with Blender Cycles and Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Knowledge of Substance Painter, ZBrush, Unreal Engine, C4D is an advantage.
- A strong modeling portfolio is required.

3D Blender Artist- Senior 3D Animator

Responsibilities

- Create polished 3D animations for products, ads, explainers, games, films, and digital content.
- Animate products, cameras, mechanical objects, characters, and environments.
- Work from scripts, storyboards, references, and creative briefs.
- Manage animation quality, revisions, timing, camera movement, and final output.
- Collaborate with modelers, lighting artists, render artists, and project managers.

Requirements

- Expert knowledge of Blender animation tools, including Graph Editor, Dope Sheet, NLA Editor, constraints, and camera animation.
- Robust understanding of animation principles such as timing, weight, spacing, arcs, and follow-through.
- Knowledge of Blender Cycles, compositing, and render-ready animation workflows.
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or similar tools is an advantage.
- A professional animation showreel is required.
