– Academic Counsellor

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding UG and PG courses, programs, and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand candidates’ educational and career requirements.

- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and career prospects.

- Convert prospective leads into admissions by providing effective counselling and regular follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

- Build strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the admission process.

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payment, and enrollment formalities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.

- 6 months–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech, Education Sales, or Course Sales.





- Candidates with experience selling UG/PG, Online Degree, Executive Education, or Qualified Courses are preferred.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.

- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling.

- Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
