P G R & Associates, Chartered Accountants, is looking for a Semi-Qualified CA who is ready to take on greater professional responsibility and build deeper expertise within a professional CA Firm environment.

This opportunity is suited for professionals with 4+ years of total experience in a CA Firm, including 2-3 years of Articleship and a minimum of 2-3 years of post-Articleship experience.

Key Requirements The ideal candidate should have:

- 4+ years of total professional experience in a CA Firm
- 2-3 years of Articleship experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-Articleship experience in a CA Firm
- Strong practical exposure to professional assignments and client engagements
- Good understanding of professional accounting and compliance practices
- Ability to manage assignments with responsibility and attention to detail




- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing professional responsibilities

Skilled Exposure The role will provide practical exposure across: Audit | Taxation | Accounting The candidate will have opportunities to work on diverse assignments, interact with clients, understand their requirements, and gain deeper exposure to the practical aspects of professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting in and independently handling audit assignments
- Supporting direct and indirect taxation assignments
- Handling accounting and financial reporting-related work
- Preparing and reviewing financial and audit-related documentation
- Coordinating with clients for information and documentation
- Supporting statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
- Managing assigned engagements within defined timelines
- Working closely with senior professionals and partners on client assignments
