Role Purpose

To ensure effective surveillance and security monitoring through continuous CCTV observation, timely reporting of incidents, and proper operation of surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to ensure effective coverage of designated areas.

 Operate and manage existing CCTV cameras, monitors, recording systems, and related surveillance equipment.

 Identify and promptly report suspicious activities, security incidents, safety concerns, or unusual events.

 Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents, observations, and surveillance activities.

 Escalate critical incidents to the Manager/Security Team as per established protocols.

 Monitor the functionality of cameras, recording systems, and other surveillance equipment.

 Coordinate with the technical/security team for troubleshooting and resolution of CCTV-related issues.

 Ensure proper handling, storage,



and retrieval of CCTV footage whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems.

 Ability to operate CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and recording equipment.

 Basic understanding of CCTV networking, camera connectivity, storage, and troubleshooting.

 Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.

 Ability to identify and respond appropriately to suspicious or unusual activities.

 Good communication and reporting skills.

 Ability to remain alert and focused during extended monitoring periods.

 Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining reports/logs.

Educational Qualification

 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

 Certification or training in CCTV/Security Surveillance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
